Kuiper

Kuiper was bred by my good friend, Megan, of Yukikaze Siberians. After Dexter’s passing, I was on the lookout for another working-line Siberian to keep my team moving forward. I have to be very particular with new additions, since my dogs are all house-dogs and need to get along with one another. I knew Megan’s gal, Yona, had an extremely sweet and friendly temperament. In fact, she has always reminded me a bit of my Willow (who I wished I could have had puppies from).

I had a few different litters in mind, but they either fell through or weren’t the right fit. When Megan offered a spot on Yona’s puppy list, I snatched it up and a few months later, Eggbert—I mean Kuiper—became mine!

So far, Kuiper is a silly, spunky, leggy lad. His best playmate is Faye, who absolutely adores having someone smaller than her around. He’s got some big paws on him, though, so that won’t last for long. I can’t wait to see how he matures!
